My name is Shena LaPierre.. I am an international, published model, I was born in the East coast of Canada in Prince Edward Island, and raised in Lac La Biche, northern Alberta.. I travel internationally for work and have been modeling for 5 years. I am currently living in the Edmonton area and looking for fun and exciting work. I have experience in runway, haute couture, glamor, pinup, editorial, alternative.. as well as 17 years of formal dance training; in everything from ballet to ballroom, though hip hop and latin dance are my favorites! I have walked in 11 seasons of Western Canada Fashion Week (2012-2018) as well as 3 seasons in Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week (2014/2015) and one season in Paris Design Week fall 2014 as well as for Vogue street walk 2015. In addition to modelling, I also have experience managing runway events for Paris Fashion week as well as managing runway shows for Wanska Aboriginal Talent in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I have also recently acted in my first movie, Extremity(2018) by L.A. director Anthony DiBlasi. Fun fact: I speak 7 languages and I study many others.. the list is ever growing. French is my first language. I am a German major in university with a minor in Arabic. I am a qualified Arabic teacher.
